Varsity Head Coach
Lauren Jardot
Lauren Jardot currently serves as the Head Coach for EMHS Cheer and is also a Business teacher at Memorial.
​
Before joining the Bulldog family, she was a paraprofessional and the assistant cheer coach at Perkins-Tryon High School.
​
With extensive experience in cheerleading both as an athlete and coach, Coach Jardot has cheered for Tribe Cheer, Moore West Junior High, and Lewisville High School.
​
Outside of coaching, she enjoys time with her husband of eight years, Derrek, and their three daughters, Joliet, Lucy, and Maisie.
​
Coach Jardot is thrilled to bring her passion and expertise to Memorial and is excited to help the program grow.
Varsity Assistant Coach
Carrie Ackerman
Carrie Ackerman is the Varsity Assistant Coach for Edmond Memorial Cheer and an English teacher at Memorial High School. For the past nine years she has been a part of the all star competitive cheer community - supporting and cheering for her daughter.

Coach Ackerman loves spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, and attending sporting events.
She is thrilled to be part of the EMHS cheer team.
Freshman Coach
Shelly Shaw
Shelly Shaw has proudly served as the Freshman Cheer Coach at Edmond Memorial High School for the past three years.
A dedicated member of the Memorial family, she has also been a school secretary for 15 years. A 1986 alumna and former cheerleader at Edmond Memorial, Coach Shaw brings a wealth of experience to the program. Her background includes extensive experience in cheerleading as a high school and college athlete, coach, and judge.

Outside of coaching, Coach Shaw enjoys spending quality time with Ric, their children, and granddaughters. She loves traveling, bike riding, hiking, and watching sports.
